2000 3l td jackaroo injector problem

So im redoing my injector and sleeve seals. Managed to get 3 sleeves out with a dynabolt setup but cant get the last one out. Is there anyone in perth with a sleeve puller that i could borrow. Any help wilould be greatly appreciated.
